Astral dynamics

i have been astral traveling since i can remember but as i grew up i lost my connection to the many of the gifts that i was able to do naturally. During this time i recall awakening and being unable to move my physical body which was rather frightening which motivated me begin my searching which led me to some writings by a Tibetan monk who described the natural process that was astral travel that as it turns out was the beginning of my awakening process. i began to practice stretching/yoga that led to my first conscious experience with telepathy and began being able to interpret my dreams that as it turned were premonitions of my life. Still i wasn't able to consciously astral travel until i came across teachings and courses through http://www.gnosticawakenings.org who offered free online course on OBE's & Astral Travel. i have found another site http://gnosticteachings.org that is also very indepth and offers a number of free online course on many esoteric subjects such as this & with these courses you can download transcripts of each module as well as pod casts. But the best book and or teachings that i have found on the subject is by the author Bruce Durn and i hope that i have attached the ebook below as well as some other astral projection tips and practices. The reason i like the Astral Dynamic book, is that the author goes in depth, sharing all stumbling blocks and other incidentals that may arise. There is a section on visualization and etheric energy manipulation that i find especially helpful not only for astral projection but increases, strengthens & improves all other psychic abilities.
