WHAT ARE THE ASTRAL PLANES AND HOW DID THEY COME TO BE?

"So what are the astral planes?" I get this question a lot. Honestly there is no definitive answer. Everyone has a different take on it and it's not my place to say whether one is better than another.
But I would like to share with you this viewpoint. I've come across it in many of my readings and is a popular theory as to why there are so many different astral planes.
The Big Bang
Before the Big Bang happened and before you and me and the glorious Internet was just conscious energy. And that was what the Higher Plane were made of. Pure energy. It was oneness, whole, and intact, not like it is now. This was the Oneness of God and it existed way before planets, dust clouds, and solar systems even had the chance to form. It was nothingness and everything all at the same time.
But then the Big Bang happened. Not only did everything expand outwards but it split into several layers. This is where all the planes came into existence. The physical, astral, and mental and so on. Many say that this is the Divine Creator's will in action. So when you goes back to the Higher Planes and away from the physical, you are in essence becoming closer to the Source before ego and separation were created.
The Plane Within The Source
Within the Source are many different planes. There are religious leaders and many who believe that the Higher Plane is heaven. But don't be mistaken. There are no pearly gates or harems of virgins waiting for you there. This concept of Heaven is a reward system used to control the masses. This is where Heaven and the Source are very different. The Source cannot be used as a reward because you cannot have an ego in order to reach it.
The Source Is Energy
Like I mentioned before, the Source is pure energy. And when you become part of the Source you become part of everything else too. No separation, no ego, no division. You experience both the the physical world and the astral planes at the same time because you are everything.
So what happens when you reach this stage? This is where creation happens. Where you can begin to create a life you want and the experience you want. It's in your hands.
