Cmdr Frater Valient
Good morning all my dear friends and family! I am thankful that the new year has now begun and that we can all start afresh; especially if you have gotten a little off track from where you wanted to be. I found that during the holidays that I wanted more alone time, although I knew this was not to be; I had family everywhere! Don’t get me wrong, I love my family and I had a great time focusing on them and making sure they were happy. However I was feeling a little morose.
I’m not sure what today’s conversation is about, I’ve been given some vague hints so far
but nothing solid – so here we go! (Cmdr Frater Valient is Italisiced and Quotationized)
“Please establish a secure connection Asara.”
Have done so Cmdr. It’s really
strong today *smiles*
“Yes
it is dear, it is a new year and it’s been a few weeks since our last
discussion.”
What is
today’s discussion going to be about Cmdr Valient?
“Today Dear Asara will be a
little mix of subjects – we will be expanding on previous conversations and
introducing new ideas.”
Well
please go ahead Cmdr.
“We
will be talking more about negative & positive thoughts and how to go about
changing your perceptions.”
“First off Asara, please tell
me of the accident a few days ago and your thoughts on it.”
Well
Cmdr, on Saturday I cut my fingers with a kitchen knife, there was blood
everywhere and I certainly freaked out. I thought I was going to need stitches.
I covered them up with band aids and decided to see how they go. Later on that
day I stepped on a piece of glass and my toe started bleeding – I had said to my
husband gloomily ‘these things come in three’s’. Nothing else happened that day,
but the thought still lingered in my mind – it is a common saying these
days.
“I
noticed that you also had an accident with a pin this morning – you’d stabbed
the thumb and made it bleed also. The saying that had been in your mind had come
true after all.”
It does
seem that way doesn’t it.
“Have
you noticed Asara that when you speak or think these sayings they are always for
negative experiences. Why would you not say this when something good
happens?”
Because
I guess I just never thought of it. I’ve always heard others use these sorts of
phrases when they have a bad experience, never in a good one.
“Unfortunately that is the
influence of others and a signal of their general negative behaviour and
thoughts. Of course as you know by now, these sorts of experiences are related
to the Law of Attraction, which we have spoken of
previously.”
I do
remember that we had talked about it before. We are not repeating the
conversation are we?
“No dear, we are simply
expanding on it. Our first conversation on this subject was only a brief
background of all its aspects.”
“Now
I want to discuss the practical applications in regards to this subject. Most of
our negative phrases and expectations come from each generation passing it down
to the next. You do know that your human history has been filled with war,
famine disease and global disasters. Of course your human history also had their
moments of peace and great achievements. Sadly those two polarities are not
balanced. There are more negative experiences than positive and this reflects in
the general attitude of the human populace.”
This
conversation sounds like we going into gloom and doomsville.
“I
know that you are thinking this Asara, but don’t forget balance – I am a great
believer in balance and this conversation will certainly have the positive
aspect to it”*grins*
“Now
we will be expanding on thought patterns and how to implement the change in
them. I know this is also something we have discussed previously, however, we
want to expand on how to actually achieve this.”
Well
please continue on Cmdr!
“I
know we spoke about your thought patterns in your previous job, but now I want
to talk about the though patterns in general every day interactions and
perceptions.”
Perceptions
Cmdr?
“Now
this is something we did not cover before Asara and I wish to do so today –
perceptions and interactions are intrinsically intertwined. You cannot have one
without the other.”
“Now
say you are speaking to a person you dislike, the way you speak to them will
generally be abrupt or curt. This person will respond in kind and this will
reinforce your dislike of this person. We need to combat
this.”
Why do
we need to combat this Cmdr?Does it really matter if I dislike someone? I can’t
like everyone on this entire planet.
“It
does really matter Asara. Our entire lives are a continual struggle to towards
better and greater things and experiences. Balance requires that you struggle in
all areas of your life to be better or at lease good”
*Smiles*
“Everything we ever say or do
has an impact. On yourself and your future actions and on others and their
future actions. Your duty is to make sure that you interact with people in the
most positive way possible, even if you do dislike them.”
I
understand that Cmdr. But doesn’t there need to be a balance of some negative
interaction?
“In
most cases I would say that would be correct. However there is already an
overwhelming scale of negative interactions, simply through ignorance of a
different way or simply through selfishness.”
That’s a
pretty harsh thing to say Cmdr.
“It
is not harsh dear Asara, it is truth.”
“Now
the best way to change the negative way that you or others interact, is to think
of one (or more) good things that you appreciate, admire or like about this
person. I know you dislike this person (theoretically), but there will generally
be one thing you like, even if it a minuscule detail, such as: the way they
shake hands, a particular skill you admire or even a kindness they bestowed on
another even if it was not yourself.”
“This
action here is the beginning of changing your perceptions, how you see other
people. This in turn reacts by changing how you interact with them. You will
sound happier, look kinder and emit a more friendly positive energy. Now this
person will walk away from you after your interaction in a happy and friendly
frame of mind (perception).”
I’m sure
I’ve heard something similar before. Though I don’t know where.
“Did
you implement these changes before Asara?”
I don’t
believe I did Cmdr.
“Would this perhaps be because
you were not aware of a better way of ‘being’ before?”
That
explanation does seem to ring a bell inside somewhere.
“You
know our readers here are already looking to better themselves in some ways and
they may not have come across the information before. There is no new
information, only the discovery of infinite information to be
re-discovered.”
I’m sure there is more to this conversation Cmdr, can you please go on?
“Yes there is more to this conversation dear. Now we will combine these concepts.”
“All
negative and positive experiences come from the way that people interact with each other, with that being said; there has been an abundance of negative
experiences. Negative experiences form a pattern, especially if the experience is something that repeats itself, thus produced were omen, sayings and phrases
such as the one we discussed earlier.”
“These phrases need to be transmuted into positive aspects. If you expect something bad is going to happen, you can most certainly say it definitely is going to happen.
Patterns are strong and powerful thought-forms of people and the energies associated with them. We need to break the negative pattern or simply alter it
to be a positive pattern.”
“Now I want
to demonstrate the power of intentions and thoughts. Please tell me what you did
that night after you had cut your fingers.”
I had
meditated that night and although I was in pain from the cuts and one of them
was very deep, I held my selenite crystal in that hand and imagined my skin
knitting together.
“You and I
both now see Asara that those wounds are closed up and all but gone, it has only
been a matter of days. This is what the power of intention is all
about.”
“Now I
believe this is enough for one day! I think this is a very good message to get
across to our readers at the beginning of a new year. We can all start with
fresh new positive minds to continue along the path of higher awareness and
enlightenment.”
I really
enjoyed this conversation Cmdr Valient *Smiles*
“I did also
dear Asara. I hope our readers enjoyed it too.”
*Smiles*
Well good
day Cmdr, I will speak to you again soon.
“Good day
Asara.”
