Cmdr Frater Valient

Dear list family! It’s been a lovely week full of relaxation. I’ve been resting and reflecting on last week’s conversation with Cmdr Frater Valient about ridding old thought-patterns.

I’ve noticed that more often I can catch my old thoughts and cut them off mid-thought, stopping them in their tracks before they are fully formed.

Anyway, today Cmdr Valient and I were discussing topic ideas and today we’ve got a doozy of a conversation planned. I’m hoping I can properly convey the ideas and impressions he has been sending me and will be sending me. (Cmdr Frater Valient is italicised and quotationized).

I am connecting in the usual way, and I can feel the connection is much more solid today.

Cmdr Valient, can you please advise that the connection is established?

“Asara Dear, it certainly is” (Smiling)

I am feeling much more lifted today Cmdr, and I feel the connection is even stronger.

“Tonight I have all my attentions on you and our conversation. This is why the connection is stronger.”

Attentions Cmdr? What do you mean in using it in plurals?

“Generally I can multi-task quite well, even better than you I imagine Dear!”

I though that women multi-task better than men?

“I am no human man Asara (laughing). Not that I am being arrogant here, it is just a fact. Valana touched on this previously, do you remember? We can send different aspects, or levels of ourselves to do more than one thing at a time.”

I do seem to remember something of the sort.

“When we have our conversations, I have part of my aspect with you, and another part of my aspect taking care of other duties on the ship.”

Oh dear, should I feel insulted?

“Definitely not! We all have this innate ability, and you do it yourself on a level. You answer the phones at work, or complete work chores monotonously and at the same time you are daydreaming; creating ideas and concepts (or re-learning them).”

Ok, I can understand that now! (Smiling)

Can I assume that because you said you have “all attentions” on me tonight that all your aspects are here with me?

“Indeed that is the case Asara. I needed all my attentions here because we are going into something that you may find hard to put into words. I have delegated my duties to another crew member for now, and we may now begin this conversation.”

Ok, the topic suggestion you threw in earlier has to do with Creation and Balance. And some of these points look like they’re going to be real hard to convey.

“That they will be Dear. But you will manage and I will help you as much as I can.”

“First we will start at the beginning. Right now I want you to tell me what you saw in a meditation you had quite a while ago. You know which one I am referring to.”

I do know which one you mean Cmdr.

In a previous meditation about a month or two ago, I was travelling through many vortexes and galaxies. When I had finished going through these vortexes, I was on the edge of a spiral galaxy. Its arm had a strange cloudy formation, and that is the best word I can use to describe it.

In any case, that was not the end of my trip. In the blink of an eye, I was at the centre of that galaxy, and what I saw amazed me. I was guided there. Firstly I noticed light beings looking toward the middle of the galaxy, they had a watchful guarding demeanour, and they didn’t seem surprised at my being there.

In the centre of that galaxy was a white hole! It was not sucking anything in though; it was doing the exact reverse. It was emitting light white particles and floating out into the universe.

After this I was guided back to my body.

“Do you now know what it was you saw Asara?”

I believe that it was the part of the “Source” or “God”.

“You would be correct in believing that. This is part of what we will be discussing.”

“Have you noticed Dear, that most galaxies are spiralled or rounded?”

I have noticed Cmdr Valient, I saw that some were oval and irregular also.

“Now think of the DNA strand, you’ll notice it is spiralled. Think also of the rings of a tree, they start at a point, a seed, and expand outward. The spiral and tree both expand upward and outward.”

I’m not sure I can see where this may be going.

“Patience Asara, we will get there, I am just laying the foundations down for deeper understanding towards the end.”

“Now Dear, think of conception.”(Grins)

Are you serious? Why would we discuss conception???

“Don’t worry, I have a point! In thinking of conception, you know that that two cells, one from the male and one from the female come together to form one being, or baby in this case.”

Yep, I get those fundamentals; I learnt them in health education at school! (Laughing)

“Well now think of galaxies Asara. Everything in the universe is in constant movement, because it is constantly vibrating. You know that sometimes there are impacts that strike the Earth in the form of comets and ‘space junk’. Sometimes this happens with galaxies. Because the universe is in constant motion, it is inevitable that two galaxies will collide.”

That would be disastrous for the inhabitants of whatever habitable planets are in those galaxies!

“This doesn’t happen in one big bang Asara (laughs), it happens slowly and gradually, so the damage or fall-out isn’t nearly as fatal as you would imagine. In the case that there is going to be catastrophic consequences for those habitable planet, there is usually an intervention. But we won’t go into that right now.”

“Now combine the concept of conception to this event and you will see what has happened!”

I can see that now Cmdr, a new bigger galaxy has formed, and the potential for even more life to evolve or be created in that new big galaxy is even more likely.

“Indeed that is correct! Now we will move onto balance.”

How would balance be related in this discussion, at the moment all I can see is creating and more creating!

“Now this is where we talk about black holes and recycling.”

Ok, fire away (Smiles)

“Remember your meditation you have just conveyed? Well those white holes that are a part of the “Source” are balanced out by black holes.”

“The two polarities are actually connected. Now think about black holes, what have you heard about them?”

I have heard that they have a great gravitational pull and that everything that gets pulled into it is condensed and destroyed.

“Now this is only partially true. Imagine that the black hole is a compost bin. We put our scraps of vegetables and paper in these compost bins, this in turn becomes fertiliser for the plants that grew the food in the first place! Now we are recycling.”

“Each black hole in this universe is connected to a white hole or ‘Source’. Can you see the balance here Asara?”

I do. The black holes takes matter, recycles it, and it is then passed out through the ‘Source’ to create new forms of life or creation.

“That is the concept Dear (Smiling). Now remember we were talking about points, spirals and circles?”

Yes Cmdr, I do.

“This is now how they all relate. A tree at the end of its life will become brittle and hollow, the bark will start to peel away and disintegrate into dust particles. This also happens with humans, you grow old, your body dies and your flesh is then transmuted into dust or ash. It is condensed much like the matter going into a black hole. But these dust particles are recycled and used to nourish and create new life; in the exact same way creation is recycled in a black hole and then passed out through the ‘Source’, always expanding and condensing!”

“Can you see the endless balance Asara?”

I can Cmdr! It’s so amazing that there is such balance. I can barely think right now, my mind is kind of stunned (laughing).

“That’s ok Dear. It is a rather deep discussion, and this is only the barest concept!”

Indeed Cmdr, I am quite exhausted now, I would hate to see how I felt after we expanded fully on the concept!

“Indeed, and this is why I needed to direct all my attentions to this subject, it is quite ‘out there’ as you would say, and new ideas or learning is quite tiring.”

I will bid you a Goodnight Cmdr Valient! I’ll need my sleep for work tomorrow and I have a few things to do before I sleep.
