Dear Family & Our Readers – I am feeling quite fantastic today!
It might be some lovely news I got from friends today, but I think it may even be more. I feel quite jittery and empowered at the same time, it’s quite a weird but wonderful sensation.

Good morning Cmdr. Connecting was a bit of a challenge today, perhaps you might know why that is? Is it something to do with how I am feeling?
“Good morning dear Asara. I may have an explanation *smiles*”
Well are you going to share it? I’d like to know why I feel a bit scattery *Laughing*
“Today you received a stream of Light Energy from the Universe. A Cosmic Boost so to speak. It has given you more energy than you have had in some time. You’re not used to handling such large amounts of energy all at once and it has scattered your focus, thus the difficulties connecting.”
Cosmic Boost. I really like that phrase Cmdr, you really come up with some inspired ways of speaking!
“I convey impressions during our conversations. The way we speak is not actually in words, but it is much clearer; there is less chance for misunderstandings. You in turn translate the impressions and feelings I send you, into words that can be understood by all. It is a joint effort *smiling*”
I can see that it is Cmdr. I also noticed that you were a little silent this week. I did see you on the etheric plane, but your presence here was more absent.
“Now that, dear Asara is not true at all.
I have been here and I have noticed that you’ve been shielding yourself since
our last discussion. You have not sensed me or others because you’ve shielded
yourself so well, that I couldn’t get through unless you specifically wanted me
to. Now I’m not saying that is a problem, what I am saying is the exact
opposite. It is exactly what you needed to do and to continue doing, so you are
doing quite well. I hope that our readers have also been practicing. It is quite
important to keep ourselves from falling prey to
malevolent entities; it just
pushes your spiritual development so much further away.”
I am glad to hear that I’m doing this correctly! I thought I was, but it’s nice to have confirmation *grins*
“Now back to that Cosmic Boost you received. Light Energy is not given without a reason and that is what we will be discussing today.”
I did wonder after you spoke about the Cosmic Boost why I had received it.
“Now this is where we expand more on The Law of Attraction.”
“Do you remember your visit to your mother and sister this week Asara?”
Absolutely. I remember I had a headache that day. I was already exhausted before I got there, but even more so when I left.
“There was a moment there where your mother ran her hands over your head – what did she say?”
I remember she said, “I’m taking some of your positive energy”. She had been talking of her troubles and frustrations that night and I felt so helpless to help her. Because during the course of our conversations, I have learnt that I can’t run other’s lives for them *laughs*
“What happened there dear was an exchange of energy. You willingly passed over some of your Light Energy so that she may feel better. Now I say willing, because she stated her intention of doing this and you did not block her from doing so.”
“Now there are also people on this planet and in other dimensions who take this energy without permission. They are known most commonly as Psychic Vampires. Now this is where it gets a bit tricky and murky. There are also other’s with Karmic Debt that have a contract with another soul to exchange their Light Energy. Now I mention Karmic Debt, because there are some cases where you can’t prevent the exchange of energy – in this case it is because you have taken their energy at some-point in time. It could have been in this life-time or even in a past incarnation.”
“The Law of Attraction is exactly that; a law. Therefore what you take you must give back to maintain balance, which was discussed previously in our conversation ‘Law of Attraction and Balance’.”
I certainly understand all this Cmdr Frater. But I got this Cosmic Boost of energy not from my mother, but from the Universe if I understand you correctly. How can that be?
“Now what I have explained above is the
basic explanation of Light Energy Exchange. There are also cases when Light
Workers need assistance from the universe. You know what a Light Worker is dear
Asara, for you are one yourself. You know the job of a Light
Worker is to sow
the Seeds of Life and Light wherever it is most needed. In this case the Light
Worker needs the added assistance to “rebuild” their supply of Light
Energy.”
“Of course all Light Energy is a gift from the Universe and Source, but in the case of this planet, the light needs to be directed. Now Light Workers are a discussion for another time, but I did need to explain in a little detail why you received Light Energy from the universe and not from your mother at this time.”
Ok that makes clear sense to me Cmdr.
“Now I’d like to explain, that although there is Light Energy Exchange Contracts and Karmic Debts tied together, there is absolutely no reason for you to exchange Light Energy with people do not hold these contracts with you, or other’s you willing pass Light Energy to. This is also another reason to keep your shield up when you are around others. You will need to use your higher discernment to decide whether you have a contract with another to exchange this Light Energy.”
Now that is something I know will be hard. When I walk into a crowded shopping centre, I walk back out feeling drained. I’m sure I don’t owe Karmic Debt or have a Light Energy Exchange Contract with all those people! I do find it hard to focus in shopping centres, they are so noisy.
“That is something that can be achieved
and you have been doing it recently. I have noticed that you chant a mantra when
you feel overwhelmed walking home from work. I have also noticed that it does
bring your focus to your Higher Being. I’d advise that you use this method when
you are in crowded venues – it would also help your focus
for keeping your
Light Shield up. You know and I’m sure our readers know by now, that this will
take some practice and effort to reap the benefit of building these protections.
I don’t usually quote scripture – but this one you found is particularly apt in
getting this point across: "If anyone will not work, neither shall he eat" – Paul (II Thessalonians 3:10).”
Now this I understand! I have been working hard to get to the point I am today. It certainly has reaped its rewards *Smiling*
