Hello Everyone, Will and Will Power can be a sticky subject in spiritual circles. How can you be sure of what you are willing is correct. Are we not
supposed to align our will with divine will. Chi flows naturally why are you pushing it. And of course dont you know the second chakra is dark and dangerous.
You had better stay in the light of the higher centers, dont you know anything! I feel the coming new age is to be a time of exercising our will. During Kali
yuga, or the "dark" age we are moving out of. Will power was strictly for the power elite and the enlightened. The Heart center was OK for the masses to
engage, as long as it was for "religious" purposes. This was true east and west. I am speaking of the masses, not secret society's and adepts of all stripes.
This expansive golden energy was channeled for specific non personal use of deity. Logic and critical thinking was rather frowned upon. It still is in many
circles. Then along came the printing press. Oops the cat got out of the bag. Before you know it every one had a bible or what not and were making up their own versions of some silly old fairy tale. So then 800 years ago suddenly everyone is using the sixth chakra of discrimination. This led to new and
improved versions of the heart energy. Some good, some not so good. We started to question authority and explore the globe. Expanding our version of "Gods"
love, and killing everyone who did not agree with our new vision of Gods imperial desires.
During all of this expansion, Will was still wielded by
the crown and the church. Fast forward to today. Most of these power structures are still in place. Sure we can converse and complain in cyber space. But the
real power of decision making and paradigm creating is in the hands of the power elite. A very small number of individuals and corporations. That is about to
change. The next step in human expansion will be internal. I feel the changes in the vibration of the planet will help us. Perhaps our cousins from the stars will help us. But I am pretty darn sure it is going to take some blatant willful action on our part, collectively, if we hope to survive as humanity in this form. I love myself and all of you. But perhaps our cousins from the stars are a bit more concerned with the planets transmutation than ours. The planet is not creating all of these negative vibes that are messing up the harmony of the space grids. We are!
I certainly have no idea what willful action humanity needs to take. But I do know a little about flexing the muscle of the Will. Like my other posts, it has something to do with condensing energy and developing Jing or personal power. The center of our Will is the second chakra, three inches below the naval. I feel this is where we should be operating from at all times. The heart is the emperor/mind, but the lower tan tian (2nd chakra) is where we can safely store energy. Decision making should be felt from the heart. Vision should be seen from the third eye. But it is from the tan tian that we can be willfull and spontaneously direct. Problems can be seen from the third eye. Understood and felt in the Heart. But like a Tiger our will does not hesitate. Will makes an immediate move to the problem with the appropriate solution. Staying centered in the tan tian. We can gaze through the third eye
objectively, not mesmerized and entranced. From this position of power, the Heart will be electrified and considerably more useful. Because as the
Heart/emperor; Judgment and discernment is simple if you are not enamored and overly empathetic around tough decisions. The ability to utilize the crown is
greatly enhanced from this center. Receiving energy/information from the cosmos will enter the crown and naturally move through the entire chakra system.
Because your attention is down in the lower tan tian. Being centered in our will is a natural powerful feeling. You will take less crap. You will not be overly
sympathetic. You will not be spaced out with astral vision. And above all, you will be able to handle greater cosmic force coming through the
crown.
Creating more Jing is a physical phenomena. It involves effort, the results hinge completely on your effort. It is not like invocation, ritual
or pujas. We are not calling for help, we are helping our self. We can supplement our will power by increasing the amount of jing in the tan tian.
Start with condensing breathing. (see my post under comments, condensing breathing). Feel your core vibrating with fresh jing. We can then direct our
focus to condensing directly into the 2nd chakra or the tan tian. This meditation is called layered condensing. We suck in layer after layer of chi
into this center. Paradoxially, the more we add the smaller it gets condensed, like a black hole. Suck in from all directions into the lower tan tian 3 inches
below the naval. It is like you are taking a giant snowball and condensing it down smaller and smaller to the size of a pearl. We are squeezing the anal and
urinary sphincters on the inhales,(always). On the exhale relax the sphincters and explode the energy out in all directions. Fill the room, fill the universe.
Inhale and gather it all back in again. More and more, tighter and smaller the energy is packed into the tan tian. Exhale and blow it out even further. Make
the universe notice your presence and effort. As the energy goes further towards the milky way, it will increase in power and information. Do this repeatedly as
long as you wish. The last breath, hold the energy in the tan tian and slowly let the breath leak out of your nose. Hold the energy in the tan tian to be
stored. All of the breathing is through the nose, no mouth breathing. Limit the expansion of the abdomen, like you are wrapped in duct tape. This is called
turtle breathing. Not allowing the abdomen to expand will force the chi deeper into the tan tian and the internal organs.
This seemingly simple
meditation is/can be very powerful, depending on your skill and intention. The inhales are like a black hole. Sucking everything in. The exhales are like a
super nova, exploding out in all directions. The breath stays even. The mind and the energy explodes. We can use the meditation with the other chakras as well. I
suggest only using the Heart and crown though. Blowing out the third eye is very powerful. But it should be like a laser beam, not an explosion. This is a
meditation called Tiger Chi. Condense into the core, and project out the third eye like a laser beam. This is very useful when you need to be more aggressive.
I caution you though, it really works and if you dont keep control of this Tiger Chi you may find your self in a fight or conflict. Tiger Chi may perhaps be
useful to some of you with a gentle personality. At times force is a good thing, at least in my world it is. If you condense into other centers be sure to always
end with the lower tan tian. This is where the body stores chi. Excessive chi in the crown can make difficult to stay focused in the day to day world. Excessive
chi in the Heart will make you feel weepy. Excessive chi in the third eye will make you too feirce and scary to most people. You will see through everyone.
Give it a try. Perhaps some of you will find these condensing meditations useful and fun! What I mean to say here is that keeping our attention in the lower tan
tian will help us stay centered, balanced and safe. All of the "higher" chakras will open on their own as necessary. Dont push the river. If you go back to yoga
101 the instructions say to gaze up into the third eye. Not to live there! Adonia
