IDEAS TO REMEDY ASCENSION SYMPTOMS

Posted by Indra on October 21, 2010 at 7:42pm

Symptoms associated with the ascension process are what we would consider Yin deficiency/Yang excess in Chinese Medicine. This is caused by the relative "over heating" of the body due to the rapid acceleration of vibration in every cell in the body. I am no expert in this process. But as a practitioner of Chinese medicine for over 25 years, I recognize the pattern of disharmony. Now I am not sure what is being "speeded" up, the body, or the presence in the 5th dimension. In my mind it would seem that activating our presence in the 5th dimension would unravel our latent DNA. The DNA being effected directly makes sense as well. Either way the symptoms them selves are what I hope to address here.

Yin is the substance and essence, Yang is the energy and activating heat in this instance. If the yin not strong enough to hold and balance the yang, the yang will float erratically causing "exterior " symptoms. Headache, flu like feelings, joint pain ect. If we can coax the yang chi inward, while we strengthen and tonify the yin. Perhaps some of these bothersome side effects can be tamed somewhat. Energetically sucking the excessive yang deeper into the body will be helpful. Many new students of Chi Kung will have many of these same problems. Floating chi, feeling like crawling bugs, headache and other detox patterns. An attempt to condense all of the extra new chi into the core may be useful. (see my post on condensing breathing). New pathways for this much energy is a must. The primary 12 channels are busy running the show. The extra channels, which are designed as a over flow system. Will be swamped quickly. Especially considering the extra channels work as a repository for our beliefs and past paradigms. Well all of these past beliefs are certainly be challenged for sure. So we need to take advantage of all the unused space in the spine and bone marrow and the lower tan tian (2nd chakra). Circulating all of this new power is paramount. Learning the Micro-Cosmic Orbit will help a great deal. Every one should know this any way.

The other avenue is the herbal approach. Tonifying the yin essence with herbs is a time tested way to handle lots of yang energy. Taoism or becoming one with the Tao is essentially becoming 5th dimensional. Slow and gradual growth has always been stressed in Taoism to insure balance. Well we do not have that luxury apparently. Conducting volumes of yang chi with out yin fortification is risky and may well shorten your life. Not to mention your sanity. I have treated many Kundalini causalitys over the years. But again time is short. If you wish yin tonics are available at Dragon Herbs.com. I have no financial connection with these fine folks. But I have used there formulas in my practice for many years. Trained herbalist will answer the phone and your questions. I would suggest a formula called Return to youth for a start. And a very delicious and inexpensive tea called Longevity tea. I hope these ideas will be a helpful to some of you starseed Brother and Sisters. Adonia
