I remember before I came into this body.

I remember floating unencumbered among the stars. I am an enormous energy being
- a vast and glorious rainbow that spirals in all directions and dimensions. I
am content and full of love.

I remember B-E-I-N-G.

I remember when my blissful drifting came to a sudden halt.

It was such an intriguing sensation to stop. I followed a thin tendril of my
energy and found it entwined in the tiniest mass - a throbbing mass of cells.

The first beats of a human heart.

I truly marveled at how this tiny mass of cells could stay the wanderings of my
vast being.

I found it most amusing.
I laughed aloud merrily!
I laughed with joy and delight and plunged my consciousness fully into it.

I grew a body.

I remember the womb. It was peaceful and sweet. I remember that another was
there with me. I loved that one very much. But that one left for some reason I
never knew.

I felt such sadness, such loneliness.

I remember there was a great commotion and bright light. I was born.

I was thirty-two when this memory surfaced. I didn't think much of it at the
time. But, recently, I am realizing just how significant it really is.

My memory is also your memory.

It has helped me through many tough times to remember that I AM ETERNAL.
