Civil unrest in the Middle East. Powerful cyclone heading for Australia. Economies crashing. Idiotic legislative shenanigans. Heavy snow in 30 US states. That was this morning. What is in store for this afternoon? Look on the bright side. There is not one place on this planet that is experiencing all this stuff at one time. Unless its in your house on your TV. Are you getting emotionally attached to these proceedings even if they really don’t affect you personally? If so, why are you doing that? Do I know why all these horrible things are happening specifically? I haven’t got a clue. If I place a variety of different shaped and colored stones in a jar of water and shake them up, do I know where they will land and what resultant pattern will be formed? No! But I know that there will be a pattern formed. And I know that the pattern formed is the result of all the energies that are in play before, during, and after the shaking (transition). So are you in the position of shaking the jar, or are you one of the stones in the jar? Both actually. It is a matter of perspective, and learning to shift that perspective, if it is of benefit for you to do so. Lets say its snowing heavy and you are away from your home and are afraid you will get stuck trying to get home. Or you are at home and you think you have to get somewhere or some more terrible chain of events will occur in your life. That’s when it’s time to stop, take a few breaths, and get centered and present. Look at the big picture. You are in a situation and you need to take certain steps to resolve the situation. You do what you can in the moment and let the stones settle in whatever pattern they will reach. In most cases, you are not dealing with a life and death situation where you don’t have time to calm yourself so you can take appropriate action. Learning to deal with situations like this takes some practice. One way to prepare is to take time every day to meditate, or do breathing practice, or what ever it is you are drawn to do, in order to be calm and present. If you do invest the time in focusing and being calm and present, you may also find that you don’t have so many opportunities to experience crisis in your life. It is also possible that because of old energetic patterns in your very cells, it could be a challenge for you to reach a state of calm presence. I have been shown a process to perform, which I call a spiritual osmotic filter, which helps to eliminate these energy patterns. The second video on my video page presents this process for a general pattern clearing experience. Watch this video twice, once with your eyes open and once with your eyes closed. If you can somewhat feel the effects of this process, you may choose to have a personal session for very specific and powerful pattern clearing in your mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical bodies.
